1), P4C series for 0-45 HRC roughing machining
P series general machining square head with corrugated edges roughing end mills, Made from high quality virgin material solid carbide rod, 10% cobalt content, grain size 0.6. coated by TiAlN coating, suitable for 0-45 hrc materials, such as steel, carbon steel, pre-hardened steel, cast iron and stainless steel.
2), T4C series for 0-55 HRC roughing machining
T series high performance general machining square head with corrugated edges roughing end mills, Made from high quality virgin material solid carbide rod, 12% cobalt content, grain size 0.5. coated by H-Si coating, suitable for 0-55 hrc materials, such as steel, carbon steel, pre-hardened steel, cast iron ,stainless steel. Some high hardness steel below HRC55, Heat resistant alloy, Titanium alloy
3), X4C series for 0-68 HRC roughing machining
X series high hardness machining square head with corrugated edges roughing end mills, Made from high quality virgin material solid carbide rod, 12% cobalt content, grain size 0.4. coated by Nano TiAlXN coating, suitable for 0-68 hrc materials, such as high hardness steel from 0-68HRC,Heat resistant alloy, Titanium alloy.
4), AU3C series for aluminum roughing machining
AU series aluminum machining square head with corrugated edges roughing end mills. Made from high quality micro grain solid carbide rod, this is a special grade for aluminum material. Uncoated but with special designed flutes, suitable for different kinds of aluminum alloy.
