The whole barrel oil pump kit comes with Air Regulator, Pressure Gauge and Oil/Water Separator to ensure the pump work at normal pressure. A Pulsation Dampener to ensure the oil dispense more stable. 4M long High pressure hose to dispense oil in short distance.  

The Pneumatic pump for barrel kit includes a General Oil Gun, model 3100, it’s anti-drip design, work at high pressure, easy to handle and operate. The Gun can 360° rotate to dispense oil.

FAQ:

Q: What kind of preparation work shall we do before dispensing oil with the air oil pump? 

A: Before dispensing oil, it’s necessary to clean the pump. First remove the dirt or dust generated in the storage or transportation process, add pure lubricating oil to the air inlet, rotate properly to make the oil distribute evenly in the cylinder as much as possible, then align the pump with the oil container, put the pump flat and down to make the injected lubricating oil flow out as much as possible, so as to avoid a large amount of spray from the muffler during operation.

-Wear protective appliances during operation

-Lubricating oil should be added regularly during operation.
